Ben asked: I have a 900mm reflector telescope with a manual powered mount, and would like to get into basic astrophotography. Should I just bring my telescope into the camera store and ask, or is it a bit more involved to get the right gear? Where should I go?

Vi asked: What is the resolution of a 100 meter diameter radio telescope, operating at a wavelength of 21 cm?
can you please show work! thanks!
the answer is 8.7′ but im not sure why.. i used tthe forumula for angular resolution(”)=(2.5*10^-4)(wavelenth/telescope diameter)

Roxy Steifvater asked: I’m 17 and am just getting into astronomy, this will be my first telescope. I have roughly £250 to spend, what sort of telescope can you buy for that money? I would really appreciate some guidance with this =D
Also I am from the UK.

Ben asked: After watching Prof Brian Cox’s Wonders of the Solar System on BBC this evening, I’d like to buy a telescope, to view details of planets such as Jupiter & Saturn. What magnification would be required to view details of the planets, like their moons and rings? Also, is there a good telescope capable of reaching this magnification for around £100. I see Argos currently have a telescope for £99 with 225x magnification. Would this be any good?

Moni asked: I need it for observations of the moon, another planets, nebulae and galaxies. Also it will be nice if it can be capable of astrophotography

I am an amateur, this should be my first telescope.
Omegon Telescope N 150/750 EQ-3 and Skywatcher Telescope N 150/1200 Explorer EQ-3-2 were already suggested to me.
Thanks

Philip M asked: I purchased my Telescope March 31st, and how only been able to use it 4 times out of this month due to cloudy weather. Hopefully I’ll get to use it for a 5th time tonight. How many nights, on average, do you get to use your telescope in 30 days time?
