Does anyone know of a good spot with 30 minutes of Orlando where I could go and try it out? Looking for somewhere safe and legal.

One in a million asked: My boyfriend has wanted a telescope for years, and I think it would be the perfect birthday presents- however, most of the ones I have looked at are several 100 dollars, and I have no experience with telescopes, so finding an inexpensive one of good quality would be hard for me.
Do you know where I can find one?
[I would prefer to spend 100-200 dollars]
