How should I clean the mirrors of my telescope?
Jesus on the Dashboard asked:
I have a telescope; its mirrors are a bit dirty and I’m not sure how to clean them properly. Lenses, too.
Does Windex work just as well?

[Poster]Dismantle, to get at all the things you need to clean, then use eyeglass fluid and cloth to clean. reassemble everything.
