Shanna Banana asked: I remember in about the 5th grade this guy came into our class and he had a really big telescope. We used it to look at sun spots. I remember the guy saying he was just an amateur astronomer, and that he had spent like $30,000 on this telescope.
Does anyone know where I could buy something like that?

ABC123 asked:
I have a big interest in astronomy and already own a reflecting telescope but its old, porr quality and peices are missing. So what is a good telescope that I could buy?? I want to view planets and deep sky objects, which would make me thing of a cassegrain, but most suggest a reflecotr.

Rhys asked:
I was just wonder what type of telescope would be best. I know that £100 is not going to buy a great telescope but I can’t afford any more at the moment. Thanks

I need a good telescope. It doesn’t have to be with automatic orientation. What telescope do you recommend for an enthusiastic amateur astronomer :D?
