What is wrong with my telescope? I see a reflection of my own eye when I look into the eyepiece?

This is completely normal for a Newtonian reflector telescope…in fact it indicates that your telescope is properly collimated (aligned).
Actually, you should only see a reflection of your own eye when you look into the eyepiece holder without an eyepiece in it. It should look like this:
